Como Editor/Productor Asociado, jugarás un papel fundamental en la creación de contenido de noticias atractivo que resuene con nuestra audiencia.

Noticias WINK, la única televisión local de noticias en español en el suroeste de Florida, se está expandiendo y lanzará un noticiero matutino entre semana en las próximas semanas. Esta es una gran oportunidad para unirse a un equipo de periodistas comprometidos con la cobertura de noticias para los espectadores de habla hispana de SWFL.

Responsabilidades:
Utilizar software de edición no lineal para crear segmentos de noticias, historias y paquetes pulidos e impactantes que cumplan con los más altos estándares de calidad y precisión.
Participar en una capacitación integral para desarrollar competencias en técnicas de edición y software, con el objetivo de avanzar hacia el rol de un productor de noticieros hábil.
Demostrar habilidades de escritura excepcionales para elaborar guiones atractivos e informativos que realcen el contenido visual de las historias de noticias.
Mantener un alto nivel de organización para gestionar múltiples proyectos y plazos de manera eficiente, asegurando un flujo de trabajo fluido en un entorno de noticias acelerado.
Interactuar de manera profesional y positiva con colegas, reporteros, presentadores y contactos externos, fomentando relaciones laborales sólidas y una comunicación efectiva.
Mantener un compromiso con la reputación de la estación de noticias de ofrecer contenido con valores de producción impecables e integridad periodística.
Contribuir al desarrollo de ideas innovadoras para historias, segmentos y coberturas de noticias, manteniéndose al día con las tendencias de la industria y las mejores prácticas.
Colaborar con el equipo para adaptarse a situaciones de noticias de última hora y producir rápidamente contenido relevante y preciso según sea necesario.
Calificaciones:
Es esencial tener excelentes habilidades de habla y escritura en español.
Se prefiere grados Universitarios en periodismo, comunicaciones o un campo relacionado.
Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y la capacidad de trabajar eficazmente dentro de un equipo.
Habilidades organizativas impecables para gestionar tareas, asignaciones y proyectos de manera eficiente.
Una actitud positiva, adaptabilidad al cambio y un compromiso con altos estándares de producción.
Pasión por la industria de las noticias, un ojo agudo para los detalles y un impulso para la mejora continua.
Conocimiento de los eventos actuales, tendencias de noticias locales y ética periodística.
Capacidad para prosperar en un entorno de noticias dinámico y con plazos ajustados.
Pasar exitosamente una verificación de antecedentes previa al empleo y un examen de drogas.
